I am currently on vacation, but I go home on Monday (9 Juy). I may have that piece at home (I think I have the whole original muffler and shield). I will check and let you know. Since nobody seems to be in the market for stock Savage mufflers, you can have it for whatever shipping costs (if I do have it).
